Cordsafe Ltd Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or do not wish to keep it, we offer a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase of it from Cordsafe’s on-line MagSnap store.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges / Returns

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged at point of delivery / receipt. If you need to exchange or return a product, please email us at info@cordsafe.co.uk and send your item to Cordsafe, Unit 8F Parkway Farm, Poundbury, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 3AR

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the refund or exchange, when / if it is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Exchanges will be shipped within 7 days of approval.

1-5 working days. Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail Delivery.

 

Next Working Day Delivery*.  £6.95

All orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day on a next working day service. All orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be despatched the same day for delivery on Saturday

Standard Delivery

Items purchased using our standard delivery will be sent via Royal Mail. Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery. In the case of a delivery delay by Royal Mail please note that no action can be taken until 14 days from the dispatch date. If delivery has still not been made after this time either a replacement or refund will be given.

 

Delivery Times

We endeavour to make sure all deliveries are sent within the timescales quoted however there may be occasions beyond our control such as weather or other unforseen circumstances that can cause delays. Our delivery service is offered with our best intent to meet the timescales quoted, however, it cannot be guaranteed and we cannot be held liable for any delays
